The process is handled very thoroughly by Irish Divorce Services right from the start. No hiccups whatsoever as long as one follows the instructions that Maranna gives then one will get their divorce very swiftly. In fact I got mine within 4 months ! Provided ones other half is not contending the divorce then things will run smoothly. Once Irish divorce services had done the required paperwork it was plain sailing . When a court date was given I and my ex wife were in with the judge for barely 5 minutes and he had no problem issuing the decree of divorce. Seriously guys , do not fork out 3000 € for a solicitor to do the same job .

I can only say positive things about the IDS. This is a difficult process to get through and one needs to understand that normal legal service can cost in excess of €5k. The guidance provide was sufficient to allow me to go through the steps and at any stage IDS were on the phone or email to help. I completed the final step this week which was a huge relief to all involved. My thoughts are that IDS could probably charged more for the service. I recommend to anyone to follow this path to divorce and use IDS.
